Information is collected directly when you subscribe to AMTIN services, register for events, purchase resources, or contact us via email or our website. We may also collect publicly available business contact details from directories, company websites, or LinkedIn for legitimate networking purposes.

We use collected information to:
- Manage customer subscriptions and communications
- Deliver newsletters, updates, and industry information
- Facilitate engagement and collaboration between customers and partners
- Maintain accurate business-contact databases
- Meet corporate governance and reporting obligations
Information is used solely for AMTIN’s operational and professional activities.
5. Disclosure of Information
We may share business contact information only with service providers who assist in operations (e.g. CRM systems, email distribution, IT support), partner organisations or advisors involved in AMTIN programs, and government or regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information.

Information is stored securely in our Wild Apricot subscription account (“the System”). Wild Apricot operates on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform and utilises data centres in the United States (primarily Dallas and Phoenix) for both primary and backup storage (see Wild Apricot Data Protection: https://www.wildapricot.com/data-protection).

We apply the following safeguards:
- Access limited to authorised personnel
- Data transmissions encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
- No sensitive personal data entered into the System
- Regular security policy reviews
- Customers may request export or deletion of their business data at any time

By engaging with AMTIN’s services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed overseas (primarily in the USA). If this is a concern, please contact the Privacy Officer to discuss alternatives.
7. Access and Correction
You may request access to, or correction of, your information at any time by emailing admin@amtin.com.au. We will respond promptly and assist without charge, unless the request is complex or repetitive.
8. Overseas Disclosure
Apart from the Wild Apricot data-hosting arrangements described above, AMTIN does not intentionally transfer data overseas. Any third-party service providers we use must comply with privacy standards substantially similar to those required under Australian law.
9. Website and Analytics
Our website may use cookies and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to monitor aggregated, non-identifiable usage trends. These tools do not identify individual users. You can modify your browser settings to disable cookies if preferred.
