AMTIN™ is the representative voice in the Med-Tech sector for SMEs with a 'seat at the table' as an integral part of Australia's world class healthcare Supply Chain infrastructure.
The Australian Medical Technology Industry Network Pty Ltd (AMTIN™) is a for-purpose company representing Australian SME healthcare manufacturers and distributors. AMTIN™ supports organisations that supply a wide range of TGA registered therapeutic goods to the Australian medical market and promote innovative, Australian-made healthcare products to international markets.
Our Mission
To ensure Australian Med-Tech SMEs have a strong, independent, and collaborative voice when the Department of Health and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) develop or amend policies or legislation that may affect the industry, while also creating opportunities for members to expand through international partnerships with manufacturers and distributors.
AMTIN™Executive Members Peter Strong and Paul Nielsen joined TGA 1st Assistant Secretary Ms Tracy Duffy and Assistant Secretary Mr John Jamieson at TGA Offices in Canberra for Reg-Tech Committee Meeting in November 2025.
AMTIN™ is one of 10 Med-Tech organisations in Australia who have been appointed to join the TGA's Regulatory and Technical Consultative Forum For Medical Devices (RegTech) to Provide advice to the national Regulator.
